Rotator cuff repair without completing a partial tear--Partial articular sided tendon avulsion

Randy Clark, MD from Coral Desert Orthopedics in St. George Utah narrates a video demonstration of ACL reconstruction. He is an orthopedic surgeon who has sports medicine/arthroscopic fellowship training. Dr. Clark has a particular interest in minimally invasive shoulder, hip, knee, foot and ankle tendon and ligament reconstruction. This case was done with Dr. Stephen Snyder from the Southern California Orthopedic Institute in Van Nuys, CA. Dr. Snyder is a world renowned shoulder surgeon and a pioneer in shoulder arthrosopy. He is a mentor to Dr. Clark. This novel technique was developed by Dr. Snyder and the term "PASTA" repair was coined by him. It is a great way to repair the rotator cuff when their is a significant tear with a portion of the tendon remaining intact.
