rotator cuff reconstruction with cadaver graft augment
by Randy R. Clark, MD | 12 years ago
Randy Clark, MD from Coral Desert Orthopedics in St. George Utah and Joseph Burns, MD from the Southern California Orthopedic Institute narrate a video demonstration of rotator cuff reconstruction using a human dermal allograft (cadaver graft). Randy Clark, MD is an orthopedic surgeon who has sports medicine/arthroscopic fellowship training. Dr. Clark has a particular interest in minimally invasive shoulder, hip, knee, foot and ankle tendon and ligament reconstruction. Dr. Burns is a world renowned shoulder arthroscopist with significant experience and expertise in rotator cuff reconstruction with human dermal allografts. He is a mentor to Dr. Clark. This is a surgical solution to previous failed rotator cuff reconstruction or poor rotator cuff tissue. Our experience with this procedure has been remarkable and our outcomes with graft augmentation are noteably better than complex rotator cuff repair without augmention.
