Here is a new technique that Dr Peterson presents for knotless, trans-tendon repair of a supraspinatous PASTA tear (Partial Articular-Sided Tendon Avulsion). The technique utilizes a 4.5 helacoil anchor and one 4.5 footprint anchor. The approach is straight forward and quick.
