Recovery and Ice are the two hot buttons for high school, college and pro athletes today -- according to Dr. Brian Cole, sports medicine physician at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush. Dr.Cole, who is head team physician for the Chicago Bulls and team physician for the Chicago White Sox says the key to injury prevention is using ice after a game and allowing for proper recovery.
