Arthroscopic Transtendinous Hamstring Repair

A longitudinal incision is made in the hamstring tendon. An arthroscopic burr is used to decorticate the footprint. Anchors are placed. Standard suture passage technique is used allowing closure of the transtendinous split over the footprint.
