Arthroscopic Labral Reconstruction of the Hip using Semitendinosus Allograft

by American Hip Institute & Orthopedic Specialists | 7 years ago

The labral remnant is excised, and the rim of the acetabulum is decorticated. The length of the defect is carefully measured. This allows sizing of the graft to fit the defect accurately. Holes are drilled prior to placement of the graft. The double stranded semitendinosus allograft is introduced.
