Anterior Stabilization and Labrum Repair with Concomitant SLAP repair

This is a combined anterior and superior labrum tear with a history of shoulder instability repaired with arthroscopic techniques. I typically will repair the SLAP first and then proceed with the Bankart repair anteriorly
